There are two scenarios where you can see your subscription charge being made on different days:
- Our subscription services are billed on a 30-day billing cycle (or 90 days, 360 days) and not a ‘fixed’ date. The billing date can fluctuate, as some months have more/less than 30 days. This can result in changes to your billing date.
- When a payment is not successful on the scheduled date, our system will automatically attempt to process it a few more times within a 30-day period. If we receive your payment within this timeframe, your membership will remain active. However, please note that this delay will not change the scheduled date for the next month's payment, which means you may see a double payment.
