- The email address associated with your PayPal
- The Transaction ID
- The Billing Agreement ID
Google Play
If you are being billed through Google Play, don’t forget to include these details when contacting our support team:
- The email address associated with your Google Account.
- The Order ID/GPA number (GPA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX)
