If no sign-ups have been made in your household, please contact our Support Team here: https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the following information.
- A screenshot of the charge
- Your full name as it appears on your card
- The dates of the charges
- The amount of the charges
- The brand (e.g. Visa or MasterCard...)
- The expiration date
- The billing Zip/Postal code
- The last 4 digits of your card number (You should never send a complete credit card number.)
