How do I cancel my membership?

You may be paying through Credit Card, PayPal, or iTunes. Please skip to the appropriate section to correctly cancel through your type of payment method.

 

PayPal Cancellation:

1. Please Log into PayPal.com

2. Find the last Crunchyroll charge and select the charge.

3. When the charge information is pulled up, please select the 'Manage Crunchyroll Payments' option.
 
4. A Billing Details window will pop up. Next to 'Status' you will see both 'Active' and 'Cancel'. Please select 'Cancel' if you wish to stop your recurring Crunchyroll payments through PayPal.
 
5. Select 'Yes' for the Cancel Confirmation to stop recurring payments.
 
6. Description status on the 'Billing Details' page will now show as cancelled.
 
 

iTunes Cancellation:

If you purchased a Premium Membership subscription through iTunes, to cancel you need to follow this link to cancel: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098

 

Credit Card Cancellation:

You can easily cancel your renewal at any time after the first 24 hours. Just log in and go to the account page.  You can do it online, any time of day, with no cancellation fees.  However, there are no refunds for partial subscriptions. If you run into any trouble after canceling, please contact us right away and let us know what issue you are having.

Not using the account, does not change the trial conditions stated at sign up.  With a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends, to avoid being charged.   

Please be aware that Free Trials cancel immediately.   With a paid subscription, you can disable recurring payments on your Premium Membership instead of canceling immediately, and then enjoy the remaining paid time on your account.
