You can easily cancel your renewal at any time after the first 24 hours. Just log in and then click here. You can do it online, any time of day, with no cancellation fees. However, there are no refunds for partial subscriptions. If you run into any trouble after canceling, please contact us right away and let us know what issue you are having.
Not using the account, does not change the trial conditions stated at sign up. With a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends, to avoid being charged.
Please be aware that Free Trials cancel immediately. With a paid subscription, you can disable recurring payments on your Premium Membership instead of canceling immediately, and then enjoy the remaining paid time on your account.

In rare cases, if you are trying to cancel your premium membership you may receive an error stating:
"You may not cancel your membership at this time"
This happens because there is currently a pending transaction on your account. Typically charges take only a few moments to go through. However, on occasion there is the possibility the charge may need to be reattempted. Depending on the reasons for the reattempt, this process could extend the "pending transaction" period by as much as a few days. If you receive this message, please be sure to send us a help ticket and we will get you taken care of.
