1. If the item has not shipped out, please contact customer service to request an address change and select 'Store' as the problem category. Please be sure to include the new shipping address in the message.
2. If the item has already shipped out, please contact customer service to let them know you have moved. Please be sure to fill out a Change of Address form with the post office so all mail and packages are forwarded to you. If the package is sent back to us, we may be able to re-ship it if the address is in the United States.
