If the item has not shipped out, please contact customer service and select 'Store' as the problem category. In your message, you may request an item/order cancellation.
Please be sure to include:
1. Your Order Number with the request and the item/s you wish to cancel.
2. The Reason you wish to cancel (used internally for how we can make our store better).
Most orders can be canceled prior to shipping with the exception of Daily Deal and Mystery Bundle items.
