If you've previously used PayPal as a payment method on another account, you won't be able to add it to a new account right away. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- In PayPal's settings, delete the billing agreement with Crunchyroll.
By doing this, you'll be able to use your PayPal account on a different Crunchyroll account.
If you have never had a subscription with use, follow these steps:
- Please visit: www.crunchyroll.com/welcome
- If the PayPal window does not pop up when the “Pay With PayPal” button is selected, please make sure that your browser allows pop-up windows.
If you're still experiencing issues, please try adding PayPal as a payment method using a mobile device.
