My Tracking Number isn't working!

If you have ordered an item from the Crunchyroll store, you may have received a tracking number. While most often shipments are USPS, on occasion, our shippers must use FedEx, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, or Asendia.

Please try your tracking number on all 5 of the following carriers: USPS.com, FedEx.com, DHLglobalmail.com, UPSmailinnovations.com, and Asendiausa.com.

Examples:
USPS: tracking number starts on '94'
FedEx: tracking number starts on '62', sometimes on '99'
UPS: tracking number starts on '9274'
DHL: tracking number starts on '9374'

You can also try using an all in one package tracking site that can track packages across regions: www.17track.net
