If your package has shipped out, you should have received an e-mail notification from orders@crunchyroll.com with your order number and tracking.
When will my package ship?
Please log into your Crunchyroll Store account: https://store.crunchyroll.com/account
Click on the 'Profile' icon on the top right side of the screen and select 'Order History'. Select the order number for the item/s you are inquiring about to check the estimated ship date. When your package ships you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
Tracking your package:
While most often shipments are USPS, on occasion, our shippers must use FedEx, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, or Asendia.
Please try your tracking number on all 5 of the following carriers if the tracking does not work: USPS.com, FedEx.com, DHLglobalmail.com, UPSmailinnovations.com, and Asendiausa.com.
You can also try using an all in one package tracking site that can track packages across regions: www.17track.net
Past Estimated Ship Date:
We may not have received the shipment yet. There can sometimes be delays from the manufacturer or overseas shipping. We are currently waiting for these items to arrive at our warehouse from our vendor. Once they do arrive, we will ship them out, and you'll receive a confirmation and tracking email.
You can check for an updated estimated ship date in your Order History. Simply Log In to your account and select Order History under Profile to view your orders - located on the top right side of the screen. Select the order you are inquiring about and then select the item.
If an updated estimated ship date is not shown you can also try checking to see if your item is on the Delayed Items List post that we update monthly:
