Note: Accidentally having dubbed content selected (which differs from your language settings) WILL cause various video/connectivity errors. See below
Some series do have dubbed seasons available in other languages. In order to watch content dubbed in these other languages you will need to check your language settings and make sure your preferred language matches the dubbed language selected for that series. You can find your language preferences options at the bottom of the screen when logging in on web. On other devices you will find it in your account settings.
If you attempt to view content dubbed in another language without changing your preferred language you may receive the following connectivity errors:
Playstation:
Displays an error stating: "Unable to access online features. Please check your network settings and try again"
To fix: Please scroll to the correct season/episode which matches your account's language settings.
Xbox:
A message stating: "Video Unavailable"
No message, the video just refuses to load
To fix: Please scroll to the correct season/episode which matches your account's language settings.
Android/iOS:
Errors stating: "We're currently preparing this show for your device. Please check back later!"
or: "Unable to load video"
To fix: Use the dropdown on the series screen pictured below and make sure it matches your account's preferred language settings.
