Crunchyroll lets you customize how closed captions and subtitles look. You can change things like the text font, background, and colors to match your preferences.
On the website
- Open the profile you want to edit.
- Click your avatar in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Go to Preferences.
- Select Change Caption Appearance.
- From the Closed Captions Appearance menu, adjust the text font, background, and window color to your liking.
On the app
- Open the profile you want to edit.
- Tap on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Change Captions Appearance.
From the Closed Captions Appearance menu, adjust the text font, background, and window color to your liking.
To customize closed captions for your App, you can head to your Device Settings and look for Accessibility settings. The Crunchyroll app will follow the customizations you set on your device.
