Do I need a Crunchyroll membership?
Yes—a Crunchyroll Premium membership is required to access Crunchyroll on Yango Play. Since Yango Play itself requires a subscription, Crunchyroll is offered as an add-on to Yango Play. Learn more at Yango Play Support.
Which plans are offered?
Only the Fan plan is available on Yango Play.
Can I access all Crunchyroll content?
Yes, you can watch the full Crunchyroll catalog available in your region.
Because your Premium plan is purchased through Yango Play, you can only use Crunchyroll inside Yango Play. You won’t be able to log in through Crunchyroll.com or our mobile apps, and you can’t link Yango Play to an existing Crunchyroll account.

How do I sign up?
- Go to the Yango Play website.
- Sign up with your mobile number.
- Select Subscribe.
- Add a payment method.
- Select Start free trial.
After subscribing, download the Yango Play app from Google Play or the App Store. Log in with the same credentials to start watching.
Can I link my existing Crunchyroll account?
No. Crunchyroll accounts created outside Yango Play cannot be linked.
Can I create multiple profiles?
Not at this time. However, Yango Play lets you invite up to three friends or family members to your account.
Having issues?
If you’re experiencing problems with your Yango Play Crunchyroll membership, please contact Yango Play support. Since the subscription is managed by Yango Play, Crunchyroll Support cannot make changes.
How do I cancel my membership?
- Open the Yango Play app.
- Tap your name.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select Unsubscribe and follow the prompts.
You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling your Yango Play account will also cancel Crunchyroll.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact Yango Customer Care:
- Open the Yango Play app.
- Tap My Yango → Your Name → Contact Support.
- Choose WhatsApp or Chat to connect with their team.
