If you made a purchase and you have not received the items from your purchase, restart the game by completely closing out the app and launching it again.
If you still have not received your items after a bit of time has passed, submit a request with the following information:
- Date of Purchase:
- Player ID:
- Server:
- Player Name:
- Item(s) Purchased/Pack Name: (including any bonuses)
- Price of Purchase(s):
- Screenshot of your receipt: (receipt that you received from Google or Apple)
