We know how disruptive it is to run into distorted audio, mismatched timing, or sudden dropouts while watching your favorite shows. The good news is it usually comes down to a few common causes—and we’ve got some easy fixes to get you back on track.
Audio out of sync? Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Exit, then restart the video again. Close the episode (or app), then reopen it to refresh the stream.
- Restart your device. This can sometimes clear up timing glitches.
- Check your internet connection. A weak wifi signal, using multiple devices at once, or using cellular data instead of wifi can cause slowdowns/audio sync issues.
- Check your connection to your external devices. Make sure your TV and/or sound system cables are securely connected.
- Try watching on a different browser or device.
