Why is the audio out of sync?

1. Remove ad-blocker extensions.
2. Turn off VPNs or antivirus programs.
3. Disable all extensions temporarily and test again.
4. Clear cache and cookies, then update your browser.
5. Refresh the page with Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Shift+Cmd+R (Mac). 

1. Restart your Fire Stick: Settings > My Fire TV > Restart.
2. Clear cache and data (Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Apps > Crunchyroll).
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
