You can choose which devices have access to your Crunchyroll account at any time through the Crunchyroll website! Whether you forgot to log out on a shared device or just want to see which devices are signed in, you have a quick and convenient way to control who can access your anime library.

To remove a device:

Using a web browser, go to Settings > Device Management.
To remove a specific device, select Deactivate next to it.
To remove all devices at once, select Deactivate All Devices

Your devices may have been removed, but they can always be re-linked! If you’re interested in granting access to our exquisite anime library on any other devices, simply log in to your Crunchyroll account again on that device.

How do I sign out of just one device (like a hotel TV)?

If you forgot to log out on a hotel TV or another shared device, you can remove that single device from your account, without logging out everywhere else.

Here’s how to do it:

On your phone or computer, go to your Device Management page.
In the list of devices, find the one you want to remove (for example, “Hotel TV” or “Roku #2”).
Click Deactivate next to that device.
- You won’t see a Deactivate button for the device you’re currently using.

What happens when you deactivate a device?

You’ll be logged out only on that specific device.
Your other devices stay signed in—no need to re-log into everything else.
The removed device can’t access your account again unless someone enters your email and password.

This is perfect for signing out of a hotel TV, friend’s console, or any shared screen while keeping your own devices connected.

To activate a Smart TV or game console:

Open the Crunchyroll app and select Log in with QR Code.
Scan the QR code with your mobile device.
Log in to your Crunchyroll account.

You can also enter the TV code manually:

Using a web browser, go to Settings > Device Management. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Activate Device.
Enter the TV code on your screen.
And that’s it—you’ve linked your device to your Crunchyroll account!
