Why is the tax in the order summary different from the estimated tax?
Seems to be a mix up? Turns out the online tax calculation is only an estimate and may not reflect the final amount after being charged. You will see the exact sales tax based on the tax rates of the city, state, county, and district after finalizing your order!
Note: Don’t worry, the differences between the estimated and final amount is minimal, usually only a few cents! (⌒‿⌒)
Why was I charged a credit card authorization?
A temporary authorization charge will be applied to your card at the time of purchase. Don't worry, this charge will disappear within a few days!
Why do I see 2 separate charges for an order for in-stock items
If the available items in your order are stored in different warehouses, your order will be shipped from two separate locations, resulting in two separate shipping charges.
