Where did my saved address and payment information go on store.crunchyroll.com?
On July 9, 2024, we moved to a new eCommerce platform.
- If you placed an order before this date, don’t worry. It will still ship on time.
- Some account information was not carried over. You’ll need to re-enter your shipping address and payment information the next time you place an order.
If you ordered on crunchyroll-shop.de before July 9, 2024, please contact Crunchyroll Support to check your order status.
How do I create a Crunchyroll Store account?
If you have a Crunchyroll account already, then you can log in to the Crunchyroll Store using those same credentials!
If not, here’s how to create your Crunchyroll Store account:
- Go to the Crunchyroll Store homepage.
- Click Log In in the top right corner.
- You’ll be taken to Crunchyroll.com to create your account.
- Follow the prompts, it’s free!
Return to the Store and click Log In again.
How do I log out of my Crunchyroll Store account?
- Click Sign Out from your profile icon next to the search bar.
- This only logs you out of the Store. To log out of your streaming account, go to Crunchyroll.com and log out under your profile.
What are the benefits of having a Crunchyroll Premium Membership?
Premium members get extra discounts when shopping in the Crunchyroll Store!
- Fan: 5% discount (some exclusions apply, such as books and manga in certain countries, sale items, subscriptions, and gift cards).
- Mega Fan: 10% discount (same exclusions as above).
Can I use Premium benefits if I subscribed through Amazon?
Yes! You can enjoy Crunchyroll Store benefits if you subscribed through Amazon, as long as your Crunchyroll and Amazon accounts are linked.
