Unable to Set Up Content Restrictions
- Update Your App or Browser: Check that you're using the latest version of the app or web browser. Older versions might not have the newest features.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, browser cache or cookies can cause issues. Try clearing them out, then try setting up Content Restrictions again.
Forgot Password
- Use the “Forgot password” Feature: Log out of your account, then click on the “Forgot Password” feature. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
- Check Your Email: If you don't see the reset email in your inbox, be sure to also check your spam/junk folder.
Blocked Content Still Playable
- Re-apply Content Restrictions: Return to the Content Restrictions settings and re-enter the desired level Content Ratings. Please note that, although we cannot block specific titles from appearing as an option, they will remain inaccessible for playback for the user associated with that profile.
- Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing the app or browser cache can help enforce new settings, especially on certain devices.
Note: Your profile’s content restrictions settings do not filter or remove shows from Crunchyroll's catalog. While you can view all show pages, you can only access and play content permitted by your profile settings.
