If you have previously linked your game data to either an Apple or Google account, then no worries, your account is safe!
Your linked account can be accessed from Start Screen > Menu > Transfer Account. Make sure to use the same credentials in order to enter the correct account.
If your account is not linked/you have a Guest account, unfortunately, it is not possible to restore it or your game progress. Having a linked account is crucial to ensure ongoing access to your profile.
You can try all possible linking methods that you might previously used and make sure that you are logging in with the correct Gmail / Apple ID that you initially used.
