The new store captures the excitement of convention-exclusive merchandise: collectibles, curated drops, and limited-release products inspired by the anime series you love.

Please note that beginning July 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, select items will be designated as final sale, and refunds or returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective products.

When is the cutoff date for placing an order on the current version of the store?

What happens to my open orders?
Open orders will continue to process and ship as usual, including items that release after the store transitions. If any part of your order cannot be fulfilled, you’ll receive a separate email with details and next steps.
How do I cancel my pre-order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you’d like to cancel, reach out to Crunchyroll Support.
Can I still access my account and view past orders?
Yes, you will still have access to your account and order history.
Can I still use my Crunchyroll Store gift card?
Yes, we will continue to support gift cards through August 14, 2026. Afterward, please contact Crunchyroll Support with any questions about your outstanding balance.
What if I have an issue with a current order after the store transitions?
Our Crunchyroll Support team will continue to support existing orders, including address updates, delivery issues, and other inquiries.
However, please note that beginning July 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, select purchases will be final sale, and refunds and returns will no longer be accepted (unless the product is damaged or defective).
