Are there purchase limits for Drop items?
Purchase limits may vary by collection. Some Drops cap quantities per customer, giving more Mega and Ultimate Fans a chance to buy. Check the offer details for more information.
Does adding an item to my cart reserve it for checkout?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are secured only after checkout is completed. If an item sells out while it’s still in your cart, it may be removed or marked unavailable at checkout.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Most items in our Drops are produced in limited quantities and may not return once they sell out. If any item is planned for a future restock, we’ll announce it on the product page or through official Crunchyroll channels.
