Why Can't I Find the Cancel Option

- If you used a payment method other than a credit card, the cancel option might be found in a different place.
- Please note that for payment methods such as iTunes, Roku and Amazon, cancellations must be made through their respective apps or by contacting their support team.

Incorrect Login Credentials
- Ensure you're logged in with the correct email address linked to your subscription. Sometimes, using the wrong email can hide the subscription details.
Please note: You can cancel your subscription renewal; however, please be aware that this will not result in a refund or reversal of recent charges. The cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.
