If you don’t see a cancellation option in the Crunchyroll app, it usually means your subscription isn’t managed through the app.
You won’t see the cancel option in the app if you originally subscribed on Crunchyroll.com, PlayStation, or another payment platform. Instead, you’ll need to cancel through the same service you used to subscribe.
If you signed up through Apple or Google, you will see a Manage option in the Crunchyroll app.
- To cancel a Crunchyroll subscription linked to your Apple/Google account, open the Crunchyroll app and tap Account → Membership → Manage. This will take you to the App Store/Google Play, where you can cancel.
