How do I find my billing method?
To find out how you’re billed, go to the Membership Info section of your account settings.
It’ll show you how you’re currently paying for Crunchyroll—whether that’s directly on the site, using a payment platform like Apple or Google Play, or through a service partner like Amazon or Roku.

What if I cancel before my billing period ends?
If you cancel your Premium membership before your next billing date, you’ll have access to all your membership perks until it expires.
For example, if you cancel your subscription on March 4th, and your billing date was on March 2nd, you’ll have access to all your premium membership perks until April 2nd.
To avoid charges, cancel your membership before your billing date—you’ll still be able to enjoy all your Premium perks until your subscription ends. ₊˚⊹♡⭑.ᐟ
How do I find my billing period?
To find your billing period, check the receipt from your most recent subscription payment.
If you have a monthly subscription, and you were billed on the 2nd day of the month (like March 2nd, for example), your subscription will renew on the 2nd of each month.
If you have an annual subscription, your billing period renews on the same date each year—based on when you first subscribed or were last billed. So if your last charge was on March 2nd, you’ll be billed again on March 2nd of the following year (unless you cancel before then).
To avoid charges, make sure you cancel before your next renewal date. You’ll be able to enjoy all your Premium membership benefits until your subscription ends.
I canceled but then I changed my mind!
If you decide you want to keep your membership after you’ve already cancelled, not to worry! You can sign back up for ad-free anime and other awesome perks as soon your billing period ends. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و ✧
