How do I upgrade my membership? (Credit Card and PayPal)
Please note that these steps are only applicable to monthly plans. If you have a 3-month or yearly plan, please make sure to contact our support team
- Go to My Account → Membership Info
- Click on UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP
- Click on Continue Payment to complete the upgrade.
Note: Before you continue, confirm the plan you are eligible to upgrade and the amount you will need to pay for the change
How do I upgrade my membership? (Google Play and iTunes)
Please note that these steps are only applicable to monthly plans.
- Go to Account → Membership Plan
- Select UPGRADE NOW and select the desired plan by selecting UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION
- You will be taken to the App Store/Google Play Store to confirm the payment and upgrade.
- Once the upgrade is done, you will receive a confirmation message.
How do I downgrade my membership?
Sorry to hear you want to downgrade your membership. To transition to a lower membership plan, please follow these steps:
- Cancel your current subscription plan. You can do this by following the cancellation steps in our guide here: https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/articles/17931128982164-How-do-I-cancel-my-membership-
- Please wait for your current paid period to end. During this time, your account will transition to a free status.
- Once your account has successfully transitioned to free status, you can proceed to resubscribe to the desired membership plan.
