How do I upgrade my membership? (Credit Card and PayPal)
Just a heads-up, these are only for monthly plans. If you have a 3-month or yearly plan, make sure to contact the support team!
- Go to Settings → Membership Info
- Click on UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP
- Click on Continue Payment to complete the upgrade.
Note: Before you go ahead, confirm the plan you are eligible to upgrade (the sentence above the confirmation button will help you out!) and the amount you’ll need to pay for the change. Let’s do this!
How do I upgrade my membership? (Google Play and iTunes)
Let’s power up your membership! Just a quick heads up, these steps are only for monthly plans.
- Go to Account > Subscription
- Select UPGRADE NOW and pick the plan you want by hitting UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION.
- You will be taken to the App Store/Google Play Store to confirm the payment and upgrade.
- Once the upgrade is done, you will get a confirmation message.
How do I downgrade my membership?
Sorry to hear you want to downgrade, but don’t worry, we’ve got a plan! Here’s what to do:
- Cancel your current subscription by following the steps in our guide.
- Wait for your current paid period to end. During this time, your account will switch to a free status.
- Once your account has transitioned to free status, you can resubscribe to the plan you want.
