If you’re currently subscribed through a third-party service like Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku and want to switch to paying Crunchyroll directly, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription first.
Here’s how it works:
- Cancel your active subscription through with the third party.
- Wait for your current paid period to end, your premium access will stay active until your next renewal date.
- Resubscribe directly with Crunchyroll. When your account shows as Free again, visit crunchyroll.com/premium and choose your new plan. You’ll now be billed with Crunchyroll.
Switching this way helps avoid double charges and keeps all of your billing details in one place.
