If you just signed up for a Premium membership but you’re still unable to access the entertainment and perks that come with it, you’ve come to the right place. We’ll have you enjoying your upgrade in no time.
If your Premium access isn’t active, start here:
- Check that you’re logged in with the right account. Make sure you’re logged in to Crunchyroll using the upgraded account. If you have multiple accounts, check that you’re logged in using the same email address that your upgrade confirmation email was sent to.
- Can’t find the email? Check your spam and promotions folders. They’re sneaky like that sometimes. 🥷
- Upgrading from a partner service? Give your account a few minutes to update. If you just upgraded to a Premium membership, it may take the system a few minutes to register the change. This is especially true if you’re subscribed through Amazon, Roku, or another Crunchyroll partner.
Still having trouble? If you subscribed directly through Crunchyroll, reach out to our team! We can take a look and figure out what’s going on.
If you’re subscribed to Crunchyroll through a partner service like Apple, Google Play, or Amazon, their respective support team will need to take a look at your account. But you can absolutely reach out to us if you want help walking through that process—we’re happy to connect you to the right people!
