What's your return policy?
Select Crunchyroll Store purchases are final sale, and returns will no longer be accepted unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
- Most refunds are posted within 3–10 business days (we will notify you via email when the refund is issued).
- Shipping costs are only refunded if we made a mistake (wrong item) or the item arrived damaged.
- If we send you a wrong or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Specific item policies:
- Apparel exchanges: We don't process apparel exchanges. Please be careful to order the correct size.
- Clearance and final sale items: These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Funko POP!: Box wear/damage isn’t considered part of the product, so we can’t refund or exchange for box damage alone.
- Trading cards: TCG packs and games are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once they are ordered. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered due to damage to the outer packaging or specific card pulls, as all packs are factory-sealed and randomized.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to Crunchyroll Support immediately with supporting photos so we can investigate and assist you.
How do I return a product?
- Log in to your Crunchyroll Store account.
- Reach out to Crunchyroll Support and tell us you’d like to start a return.
- Include:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return (wrong item, damaged, doesn’t fit, etc.)
If your item was wrong or arrived damaged, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Otherwise, please use your preferred carrier and keep the tracking number.
With these steps, your return mission will be executed flawlessly.
What products are excluded from the return policy?
Certain products are excluded from our return policy for operational reasons:
- Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards cannot be refunded. Should you encounter any issues with downloading the product or redeeming your license key, our Support Team stands ready to assist you.
- Mystery Bundles, Blind boxes, and Blind Box Bargain Items fall into the non-refundable category. Please be aware that ordering multiple of these items may result in receiving duplicates.
- Open DVDs and Blu-ray discs cannot be refunded.
- Clearance or final sale items are ineligible for returns.
- Snacks and drinks, being consumable items, are non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
- We issue the refund after we receive and process your return.
- Most refunds appear on your statement in 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
- You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
