What's your return policy?
Need to return your gear? No problemo! You have 30 days to send it back if it didn’t meet your expectations. We will send you a refund pronto, within five to ten business days!
Here is the lowdown on returns:
- Clearance items are, regrettable, final sale and are ineligible for returns of exchanges.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, free from any signs of wear or use.
- The shipping cost will only be refunded if we goofed up your order.
- We will hook you up with a prepaid return label for a wrong or damaged item.
- We are unable to do apparel exchanges. Should an item not meet your sizing expectations, we kindly ask that you return it for a refund and place a new order for your desired size. For more information and RMA labels, we encourage you to contact our Support Team.
- For Funko POPS! Please note that damages to the box are not considered part of the product. As such we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for box damage.

How do I return a product?
To return a product, simply follow these steps with the finesse of a seasoned operative:
- Log in to your Crunchyroll account and reach out to our esteemed Customer Service Team.
- Provide comprehensive details about the products you intend to return or exchange from your order.
- Keep an eye on your inbox for the prepaid shipping label that will swiftly arrive by email. Once you have received your label go ahead and print it out.
- Please bear in mind that a prepaid label will exclusively be issued if an incorrect item was dispatched or if the item suffered damage during transit.
- Once armed with the label, send all items back to us securely and efficiently.
With these steps, your return mission will be executed flawlessly.
What products are excluded from the return policy?
Certain products are excluded from our return policy for operational reasons:
- Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards cannot be refunded. Should you encounter any issues with downloading the product or redeeming your license key, our Support Team stands ready to assist you.
- Mystery Bundles, Blind boxes, and Blind Box Bargain Items fall into the non-refundable category. Please be aware that ordering multiple of these items may result in receiving duplicates.
- Open DVDs and Blu-ray discs cannot be refunded.
- Clearance or final sale items are ineligible for returns.
- Snacks and drinks, being consumable items, are non-refundable.
