What's your return policy?
Select Crunchyroll Store purchases are final sale, and returns will no longer be accepted unless the product is defective in accordance with local consumer protection laws. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Important details:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a prepaid return label will not be provided unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent.
- We don’t process apparel exchanges. Please be careful to order the correct size.

How do I return a product?
- Log in to your Crunchyroll account and contact Crunchyroll Support.
- Provide details about the items you want to return.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label by email. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Print the label and send your items back using the instructions provided.
Prepaid return labels are only given if the item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item.
What products are excluded from the return policy?
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards. If you have trouble redeeming these, contact support.
- Opened CDs, vinyl, DVDs, and Blu-rays.
How do I cancel my purchase?
If you are a consumer who lives in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without penalty.
