What's your refund policy?
Select Crunchyroll Store purchases are final sale, and returns will no longer be accepted unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times:
- PayPal: 3–5 business days after refund is issued
- Other payment methods: 3–10 business days
- Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after a return is completed.
- You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
Orders paid with a Crunchyroll Store Digital Gift Card will also receive a full refund, even if the card was only partially used.
- If you no longer have your digital gift card, don’t worry. We can still honor the refund as long as the card hasn’t been used.
Orders can be canceled and refunded immediately if the package has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once processing begins, the package must be delivered and returned to us before we can issue a refund.

My product has a defect / missing parts. What do I do?
Nooo! We know how frustrating it is to wait for something only to discover it’s incomplete. Here’s what to do:
- Take a few clear photos of the defect or missing parts.
- Send them to Crunchyroll Support for investigation.
Note: Home video products are not guaranteed to come with a slipcover.
My product arrived damaged! What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! If your product has been damaged during transit, here’s what to do:
- Reach out to Crunchyroll Support with pictures of the damaged item.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund—your satisfaction is our priority!
Special note for Funko POP! collectors:
- The printed box is considered part of the shipping container. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for damage.
