What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order! If you’re not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Important details:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and include identifying information.
- Items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a prepaid return label will not be provided unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent.
- We don’t process apparel exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit, return it for a refund and place a new order.

How do I return a product?
- Log in to your Crunchyroll account and contact Crunchyroll Support.
- Provide details about the items you want to return.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label by email. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Print the label and send your items back using the instructions provided.
Prepaid return labels are only given if the item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item.
What products are excluded from the return policy?
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards. If you have trouble redeeming these, contact support.
- Opened CDs, vinyl, DVDs, and Blu-rays.
How do I cancel my purchase?
If you are a consumer who lives in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without penalty.
