If you are experiencing crashing or freezing during gameplay, please try the following steps even if you attempted something similar before:
Mobile devices:
- Confirm the available storage space and RAM on your device.
- 10GB of additional free space is recommended.
- 6GB RAM or more is recommended when using this app.
- Close all other applications running concurrently with the game app.
- Restart the app and your device.
Before trying this, please make sure that your account is linked to prevent losing access to it.
PC:
- Confirm the available storage space on your device.
- 40 GB or more of additional free space is recommended when using this app.
- At least 8 GB RAM is recommended.
- Confirm that you meet these requirements as well:
- CPU: Core i3-4360 or above.
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 760 or above.
- DirectX: 11 or above.
- Repair or reset the app (before trying this, please make sure your account is linked!):
- Go to Start>Settings>Apps>Apps & Features.
- Find "Master of Garden" in the list of installed apps, click on it, and select “Modify.”
- In the Master of Garden Setup Wizard that opens, please select “Repair” option.
- If “Repair” doesn't work or the problem persists, try reinstalling the app.
- Reboot: Please try restarting your computer.
- Check the communication environment:
- If you are connected wirelessly, please try playing with a wired connection.
- If there is software running together with the game, please close other apps and try to restart the game.
- There's also a high chance that the game asset data on your game is broken, so we recommend following these steps:
- Go to the Title Screen > MENU > Repair App Data.
