Please note: The Crunchyroll Swag Bag is currently only available in the US.
When will I get my redemption code?
You’ll receive a special email with your redemption code at the beginning of the quarter after you hit 12 consecutive months of having an Ultimate Fan membership.
Here’s the breakdown:
- If you reach 12 months between Jan 1 – Mar 31, your code will be sent in April.
- If you reach 12 months between Apr 1 – Jun 30, your code will be sent in July.
- If you reach 12 months between Jul 1 – Sep 30, your code will be sent in October.
- If you reach 12 months between Oct 1 – Dec 31, your code will be sent in January.

How do I redeem the swag bag?
Once you receive the email with your redemption code:

Click Claim My Swag Bag to visit the Crunchyroll Store.
- Add the Swag Bag item to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter the personalized promo code from your email in the Apply Crunchyroll Promo Code field.
- Click Proceed to Checkout and sign in with your Crunchyroll account.
- Enter or verify your name, shipping address, and contact details. (Double-check everything to ensure smooth delivery!)
- Review your order and place it.
- Keep an eye out for a confirmation email with your order, shipping, and tracking info.
What if my code doesn’t work or has expired?
Redemption codes are only valid for 30 days from the day we send them, so don’t wait too long! If your code isn’t working or if it has already expired, reach out to Crunchyroll Support. Our team will help get you back on track.
Can I update my shipping information or my order after I submit my order?
