I have paid the Ultimate Fan subscription for 12 months, but have not received the Swag Bag
Thank you for your membership to Crunchyroll! Members who have completed 12 months of consecutive Ultimate Fan Membership will be sent an email notice providing a redemption code! If you have not received your code yet, please be on the lookout for the email with the code (be sure to check your SPAM folder too). Once you’ve received the email, follow the instructions below to redeem your personal redemption code.

How do I redeem the swag bag?
- Once you receive the email, you can click on the link to the Swag Bag fan page and enter your personal code:
- Click Check Code
- Once confirmed, choose your Swag Bag from the Make a Selection drop-down menu
- Provide your name, shipping address, and contact information
- Click Place Order
- Once the order is confirmed, we will email you the order details, and a follow-up email with shipping details and tracking information to follow the shipment

Can I update my shipping information or my order after I submit my order?
Unfortunately, once you submit your order for a Crunchyroll Swag Bag, your selection is final, and you cannot change the address on your order. We encourage you to carefully choose your items and double-check your address before placing the order.
