We sent this email at the beginning of the next quarter after you reached the 12 consecutive Ultimate Fan month in the following way:

• From January 1st to March 31st, the code should be sent in April.
• From April 1st to June 30th, the code should be sent in July.
• From July 1st to September 30th, the code should be sent in October.
• From October 1st to December 31st, the code should be sent in January.
