What is my 2025 Arc?
Your 2025 Arc is an annual recap of your anime journey! You’ll be able to see personalized viewing stats that celebrate your top series, genres, and more from 2025.
Who is eligible for the 2025 Arc?
To be eligible for the 2025 Arc, you must:
- Have an active Crunchyroll Premium membership since November 30, 2025.
- Have a subscription that allows you to log in and watch content in the Crunchyroll app or on the Crunchyroll website.
- Have watched shows from 3 or more genres before November 30, 2025.
In addition to Arc you’ll see in the Crunchyroll app, you’ll get a bonus snapshot of your experience via email if you:
- Meet the base requirements above.
- Watched 100+ minutes of Crunchyroll on Crunchyroll.com or the Crunchyroll app before November 30, 2025.
- Logged in within the last 90 days.
This experience is exclusive to users subscribed directly through Crunchyroll or other partner services (Apple, Google Play, PlayStation, etc) that allow you to watch Premium content in the Crunchyroll app.
How does the 2025 Arc work?
If you meet the requirements, your Crunchyroll Arc will be available on the latest version of the app. You can view it on your smartphone or tablet. If you qualify, you’ll also receive a snapshot of your Arc via email. But make sure to check out the Crunchyroll app for the full experience!
What if I can’t find my 2025 Arc?
If you’re having trouble finding your 2025 Crunchyroll Arc, try the following:
- Check other spots in the app. In addition to the homepage, you can also access your Arc in your Crunchyroll account settings, the notification center, or by tapping the floating button on the bottom right of your screen.
- Make sure you’re eligible. Double-check that you meet the requirements listed above.
- Update the Crunchyroll app. If you’re eligible and you have the latest app version, your Arc will be right there on the app’s homepage.
This feature is only available to users who subscribe to Crunchyroll directly or through partners that allow Premium content to be viewed within the Crunchyroll app (such as Apple, Google Play, or PlayStation).
Subscriptions purchased through A La Carte Channels—including Amazon Prime, YouTube Primetime, and The Roku Channel—are not eligible for the Arc experience at this time.
How long will I be able to access my 2025 Arc?
You’ll be able to view your 2025 Arc in the Crunchyroll app until January 5, 2026. If you received a snapshot, you’ll keep it as long as you keep the email.
What is my Spirit Companion?
Your Spirit Companion is your very own anime familiar! It’s inspired by the shows, hours, and genres you’ve explored.
I have multiple profiles. Will my other profiles receive their own Crunchyroll Arc?
Yes! Since you the fans asked for it, each profile will receive their own individualized 2025 Crunchyroll Arc if that profile has met the qualifications listed above. But only eligible main account holders will receive an Arc snapshot to their email.
It says I haven’t “met the requirements to view my journey.” What does that mean?
If you saw a message that said you hadn’t met the requirements to view your journey, it means you haven’t met the qualifications for us to get to know you yet. But keep watching—while we’re still learning about your anime fan DNA, there will be plenty more opportunities throughout the year to see your personalized stats, fave series, and more.
I’m a Premium subscriber through Amazon/Roku/YouTube Primetime. Am I eligible for the 2025 Arc?
To view the 2025 Crunchyroll Arc, you need to be subscribed through a service that allows you to watch content in the Crunchyroll platform. Members who are subscribed to Crunchyroll via A La Carte channels like Amazon Prime, The Roku Channel, or YouTube Primetime do not meet the requirements for this experience.
