Can I link my existing Crunchyroll account?
No. Crunchyroll accounts created outside Claro Video cannot be linked.

If you’re experiencing problems with your Claro Video Crunchyroll membership, please contact Claro Video support. Since the subscription is managed by Claro Video, Crunchyroll Support cannot make changes.

- Head to Mi Claro
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select Cancel and follow the prompts.
You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling your Claro Video account will also cancel Crunchyroll.
