Important Update (05/20/2026)
We identified an issue that temporarily affected the Forza Code Campaign redemption flow between approximately 10:25 AM PT and 1:35 PM PT on May 20, 2026.
This issue has now been resolved!

If you’re participating in the Forza Code Campaign for Ani-May, here’s everything you need to know about how to claim and use your code!
What is the Forza Code Campaign?
As part of Ani-May, Crunchyroll is offering eligible users a unique redemption code for Forza Horizon 6.
This code can be claimed through Crunchyroll and redeemed on Xbox to unlock an in-game reward.
Who is eligible to claim a code?
To qualify for the Forza Car Voucher Offer, you must:
- Have or create a valid Crunchyroll account
- Hold an active paid Crunchyroll membership (free trial users are not eligible)
- Be located in a supported region
The offer is not available in certain regions. For more details, visit: https://www.xbox.com/regions
When is the campaign available?
- The campaign launches on 05/07/2026
- The Car Voucher code can only be claimed from May 7 to May 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm PT.
How do I claim my code?
You can access the promotion through the Forza promotion page, banners, emails, or social ads.
To claim your code:
- Log in to your Crunchyroll account (if not already logged in)
- Click Claim Code
- Your code will be displayed on-screen
How will I receive my code?
After claiming:
- Your code will be shown on-screen, and
- It may also be sent to your email
If you return to the promotion page later, you’ll still be able to view your code.
Where do I redeem my code?
Codes must be redeemed through Xbox.
To redeem:
- Sign in to your Xbox/Microsoft account
- Enter your code on the Xbox redemption page
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Can I claim more than one code?
No.
Each Crunchyroll account can claim one code only.
If you’ve already claimed a code, you will continue to see the same code when returning to the page.
Why can’t I claim a code?
You may not be able to claim a code if:
- You are not logged in
- You are not eligible
- You have already claimed a code
- Codes are no longer available
I didn’t receive my code. What should I do?
After claiming:
- Check if your code appeared on-screen
- Check your email (including spam/junk folder)
If you’re still unable to locate your code, please contact Crunchyroll Support. In some cases, code claim status may need to be reviewed internally.
My code isn’t working. What should I do?
If your code isn’t working:
- Double-check that it was entered correctly
- Make sure you are redeeming it using an Xbox/Microsoft account
Since redemption is handled through Xbox, you may need to contact Xbox Support for further assistance.
