When will the presale start?
This special presale opportunity begins on Tuesday, April 21 at 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (based on the local time for the venue). Eligible Crunchyroll subscribers will receive an individual, unique presale code one day before presale begins on Monday, April 20th.

You’re eligible to participate in this exclusive presale opportunity if:
- You’re currently a Crunchyroll subscriber at any membership tier.
- You’ve been a Crunchyroll subscriber since April 19, 2026.

Where can I get my exclusive presale tickets?
Once you have your unique presale code, use it to access presale tickets on Ticketmaster.com on April 21, 2026.
Please note that presale tickets are first-come, first-served, while inventory lasts. Not all of YOASOBI's North American tour stops are part of this exclusive presale.
I tried to use my presale code, but everything was sold out. What can I do?
If you missed the Crunchyroll special presale, you’ll still have a chance to get tickets during the general on-sale date! General ticket sales for all tour events start on Thursday, April 23 | 3:00 PM (local time).
