To redeem your offer, you need to be connected to Delta Sync Wi-Fi on eligible Delta-operated flights using your SkyMiles® Member account. While in-flight, use these steps to activate your 24-hour premium access to Crunchyroll Mega Fan using your mobile device or computer:

1. Using your mobile device, turn Airplane Mode and Wi-Fi on. 
2. Connect to the DeltaWifi.com network. If the Wi-Fi sign-in pages do not open, go to DeltaWiFi.com using your browser.
3. Log in to your SkyMiles® account or enroll in SkyMiles® to connect to fast, free Wi-Fi. 
4. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the Delta Sync Wi-Fi hub. Select the Crunchyroll offer.
5. On the offer details page, review the offer terms and tap Continue to redeem the offer.
6. You will be redirected to Crunchyroll to complete the redemption process. 
   • If you’re new to Crunchyroll, create a Crunchyroll account. 
   • If you’re an existing non-premium Crunchyroll user or a former subscriber, sign in with your email address and password. Forgot your password? No problem—just follow the steps in this article.  
7. Once you’ve logged in to Crunchyroll, the offer will be immediately applied to your account.

Make sure you are able to successfully log into Delta Sync Wi-Fi onboard your flight with your Delta SkyMiles account member login page. Return to the offer page and try again. If unsuccessful, try either using Private or Incognito mode or a different browser.

To subscribe, open the Crunchyroll app, select your profile on the bottom right, and go to Membership to upgrade your service. On a web browser, log in to your account and select the 7-Day Free Trial option, or go to the Settings →Membership, and follow the prompts to upgrade.
