Crunchyroll x Genshin Impact Reward Codes

The reward codes for this team-up will be distributed through a special reward page where you will be able to claim two codes: one for subscribers of all tiers, and another code exclusively for Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers.

The first reward code, available to all subscribers, includes an in-game bundle containing Primogems ×40, Mystic Enhancement Ore ×3, Hero's Wit ×3, and Mora ×20,000. 

The second reward code, available to Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers, gives you access to an exclusive, limited-time gadget pet, Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model.

The reward codes can be claimed by Crunchyroll Subscribers who play on the America Server in Genshin Impact. This means subscribers from these countries can get the reward codes:

As the Fan and Mega/Ultimate Fan plans give you access to different rewards, you can also upgrade your subscription at any time during the collaboration period to claim the exclusive pet reward as well.

If you aren’t able to claim the exclusive pet after upgrading your subscription, give it a while to sync up. Membership upgrade processing can take up to 1 hour, depending on your network environment, card, or payment processor. Please contact Crunchyroll Customer Support if your upgrade does not process within 1 hour.

Note: To qualify as an active member, you must not be in the free trial period of your membership. Current free trial members must convert to a paid Crunchyroll membership at the end of the trial period to be eligible for this offer.

1. Open the Crunchyroll App and look for a Genshin Impact banner or tile, or go directly to the reward page at crunchyroll.com/campaign-code/genshin 
2.  On the reward page, log in.
   • If you would like to head to the site directly, make sure you are logged into the correct Crunchyroll account in the browser you are using.
3. If you are not a current Crunchyroll subscriber, you can sign up through the Sign up to Claim link on the reward page. 
   • The Sign Up to Claim link on the reward page will allow you to directly sign up for a membership without going through a free trial. 
4. Click on Claim next to a reward shown, and you will see a unique redemption code for that reward.
   • The in-game bundle and the gadget pet rewards have different codes, so you can come back to this screen to claim them all once you have redeemed one of them.
   • If you are on the Fan tier, you can upgrade to the Mega Fan tier and head back to the reward  page to claim the exclusive pet l.
5. Once claimed, copy the code and head to genshin.hoyoverse.com/gift.
6. Log in to the same account you use for Genshin Impact. For example, if you logged in to Genshin Impact with your Google account, you will need to use the same account here.
7. Once logged in, make sure to choose the America server as this promotion can only be applied there. After selecting the server, the site will automatically show the nickname you used on the server.
   • Redemption codes are unique and available only once per Crunchyroll account, and can only be claimed once on each Genshin Impact account.
8. Enter the redemption code and click Redeem.
   • Head back to the reward page and confirm you have claimed all your available rewards!
9. Open Genshin Impact, and brace to see all the claimed rewards in your mailbox.
   • Players must reach Adventure Rank 10 or a higher in-game rank before rewards can be received via in-game mail.
