Follow this step-by-step process to conquer your download issues:
- Make sure the app and OS version are up to date.
- Tap on the error button > Click Retry.
- Lower the downloading quality from Account > Downloads> Download Quality.
- Limit downloading to one episode at a time to ensure space and bandwidth requirements during the download process.
- Restart your device.
- If you are on mobile try a stable Wi-Fi, if your Wi-Fi is not working try mobile.
