When is the cutoff date for placing an order on the Crunchyroll Store servicing Australia?
The last day to place an order is 30 September at 11:59 PM AEST. This date is subject to change, so please check the site for updates.
How do I cancel my order (including pre-orders that have not yet shipped)?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you’d like to cancel, please email our Customer Experience team at orders@crunchyroll.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to cancel.
What happens to my open order?
All in-stock orders and pre-orders with release dates before 31 December 2025, placed by 30 September, will be fulfilled as usual. Pre-orders with release dates after this time will be fulfilled by the Crunchyroll Store based in the U.S.
How will I receive my refund for cancelled orders?
Refunds will be processed automatically. Timing may vary depending on your payment method. We’re working with our partners to confirm the refund window and will update you via email.
Can I still access my account and view past orders?
You’ll be able to access your account and view your order history for a limited time. We’ll share the final date for account access once confirmed.
Can I get an export of my order history?
We’re exploring options to provide a full export of your order history. More details will be shared soon.

What if I have an issue with my order after the store closes?
If you need help with an existing order after the store closes (such as an address change or other enquiry), please contact orders@crunchyroll.com.au. Our Customer Experience team will continue to support you.
How do I return a faulty item for refund or replacement?
Please contact our Customer Experience team (orders@crunchyroll.com.au), who will assist you with a refund. When enquiring about returning items, please include your order number and the nature of the fault. Please note that we do not offer a refund for change of mind. It is important to remember our DVDs are encoded for Region 4 and Blu-rays are Region B. We are unable to accept returns due to region incompatibility. If the fault is physical, please ensure you send a photo of the damage so we can assess what went wrong.
