What is your delayed item policy?
We understand how frustrating it can be when an item is delayed. Please note that pre-order dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
If a pre-order date changes, the product page will be updated with the new estimated ship date. Be sure to check the item page for the most accurate information.
If it has been more than 7 days past the release date and you still haven’t received your order, please contact Crunchyroll Support . We’ll reach out to the vendor to confirm the status of the product.
Why was I charged a credit card authorization?
At the time of your purchase, an authorization charge may be placed on your card. This charge is temporary and will disappear within a few days.
How many units can I buy?
You can purchase up to 3 units of a specific item.
The release date on the product page has passed, and I am still waiting to receive my product! What happened?
Our warehouse may take 3–5 days to pack and ship your order after the release date. If it has been more than 7 days since release, please reach out to Crunchyroll Support , and we’ll follow up with the vendor.
Can you gift-wrap my order?
At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.
