What is your delayed item policy?

We understand how frustrating it can be to discover your item has been delayed. Please note that pre-order dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. If the pre-order date changes, we will take all necessary steps to update the product listing, and notify all customers affected by the changes. To aid you with more information on any late parcels, we set up a monthly delayed items list, where you can view all the pre-orders that have been delayed, and their estimated ship date.
Why was I charged a credit card authorization?
- At the time of your purchase, an authorization charge may be placed on your card. Have no fear, this charge is temporary and will disappear in a few days!
How many units can I buy?
- You have the ability to purchase up to 3 units of a specific item.
The release date on the product page has passed, and I am still waiting to receive my product! What happened?

Please note our warehouse may take 3-5 days to pack and ship your order. If it has been more than 7 days since the release date, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll take it from there! Our next step is to reach out to the vendor to determine the status of the product.
Where can I see my unfulfilled orders (including pre-orders) placed before March 22, 2023?
- On March 22, 2023, we migrated to a new eCommerce platform. To check orders placed before the date, you can check the order status using the tracking information on your confirmation emails. Once these orders have been fulfilled, your order history will be updated within our new eCommerce platform. If you have further questions about tracking these orders, feel free to contact our support team!
Can you gift-wrap my order?
