We migrated to a new platform on July 9, 2024. If you have a delayed pre-order that was placed before July 9, 2024, we do apologize for the delay. At this time, we don't have an estimated shipping date yet. We are currently waiting for the inventory to arrive at the warehouse. Once they do arrive, we will ship them out, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your purchase.
If you do not wish to wait for your order to arrive, we are more than happy to cancel your order and offer a full refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Where is my package?
If your package has shipped out, you should have received an e-mail notification from orders@crunchyroll.com with your order number and tracking. Check your Spam folder if you believe your item has shipped but did not get a notification.
When will my package ship?
- Please log into your Crunchyroll Store account: https://store.crunchyroll.com/eu/account and click on the 'My Account' icon on the top right side of the screen and select 'Order History'.
- Select the order number for the item/s you are inquiring about to check the estimated ship date.
- When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
Tracking your package
While most often shipments are Post NL, we will provide tracking numbers when available.
Past Estimated Ship Date
We may not have received the shipment yet. There can sometimes be delays from the manufacturer or overseas shipping. We are currently waiting for these items to arrive at our warehouse from our vendor. Once they do arrive, we will ship them out, and you'll receive a confirmation and tracking email.
You can check for an updated estimated ship date in your 'Order History'. Simply Log In to your Crunchyroll Store account and select 'Order History' under 'My Account' to view your orders — located on the top right side of the screen. Select the order you are inquiring about and then select the item.
If an updated estimated ship date is not shown, you can also try checking to see if your item is on the Delayed Items List post that we update monthly:
