Ordering new merch from the Crunchyroll Store is the fun part—the hard part is waiting for it to arrive. If you’re wondering where your package is and when it’ll get to you, here’s how to track it.
Where is my package?
If your package has already shipped, you should have received an email from orders@crunchyroll.com with your order number and tracking link. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you didn’t see it.
When will my package ship?
- Log into your account.
- Click the My Account icon in the top-right corner and select Order History.
- Choose the order number to view the estimated ship date.
When your package ships, you’ll also get a tracking email.
Tracking your package
Most shipments are handled by Post NL. If tracking is available, you’ll receive a number you can use on the carrier’s website.
Past Estimated Ship Date
Sometimes, manufacturers or overseas shipping cause delays. If this happens, we’ll ship your order as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse and send you a confirmation email with tracking.
You can always check for updated shipping information by logging into your Crunchyroll Store account and reviewing Order History under My Account.
