How to cancel an order
- Reach out to Crunchyroll Support.
- Explain that you’d like to cancel an order.
- Be ready to provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to cancel (or the whole order)
- The reason for the cancellation
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund if payment was already made.

Once an order has shipped (or is already processing for shipment), it can’t be canceled. But don’t worry—once you receive the item, you can still start a return by following our Return Policy.
