Where is my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email from orders@crunchyroll.com with:
- Your order number
- A tracking number
- Details on your package’s location
Don’t see the email? Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
When will my package ship?
f you’re checking on an order’s ship date, here’s where to find it:
If you checked out while logged in:
- Log in at store.crunchyroll.com.
- Select your avatar in the top right corner.
- Choose Order History to see your orders and their estimated ship dates.
If you checked out as a guest:
- Open the account drop-down menu.
- Select Order Status.
- Enter your order number, the email you used at checkout, and your billing postal code to get your order info.
When your package ships out, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow your order.
Tracking your package
We use a few different carriers to ship U.S. and Canada orders. Your package may be handled by:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
- OSM Worldwide
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it along the way
Past Estimated Ship Date
If your estimated ship date has already passed, here are a few common reasons why:
- Preorders: Release dates sometimes change. You can check the item’s page in the Store for the most current info.
- Waiting on stock: Some items need a little extra time to reach our warehouse.
- Multiple items: If your order includes different items, each one may have its own release timeline.
As soon as everything is ready, we’ll ship your order and you’ll get a tracking email.
