There’s nothing like getting a new package…especially one full of anime goodies! ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ
If you’re endlessly curious on the whereabouts of your package, explore commonly asked questions below for more helpful information:
Where is my package?
After your package has been shipped out, you will receive an e-mail notification from orders@crunchyroll.com containing your order and tracking number as well as more detailed information on your order’s exact location. Don’t forget to check your Spam folder if you believe your item has shipped out and you haven’t received your confirmation email.
When will my package ship?
You can log into your Crunchyroll Store account and click on the My Account icon on the top right side of the screen and select Order History. Here, you can locate and select the order number for the item(s) you are inquiring about to check the estimated ship date. When your package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number, containing more detailed information about your order’s prospective shipping date.
Tracking your package
While the most-used carriers wielding Crunchyroll packages will be USPS or FEdEx, on occasion our shippers must use DHL, UPS, or Asendia. Don’t stress anime fan, your precious parcels will be given the utmost care with any of our carriers!
Past Estimated Ship Date
If your order shows that it is past the estimated ship date and hasn’t been sent out yet, we may not have received the shipment on our end. Occasional overseas shipping delays or other unforeseen circumstances can temporarily halt packages from the manufacturer.
If your package is still waiting to be shipped to you past the estimated date, it is most likely that we are currently waiting for these items to arrive at our warehouse from our vendor. Once they do arrive, we will ship them out, and you'll receive a confirmation and tracking email.
If an updated estimated ship date is not shown, you can also try checking to see if your item is on the Delayed Items List that we update monthly.
