What happens if my package is lost in transit?
- We understand how frustrating it can be when a package shows as delivered, but hasn’t made its way to you. If this happens, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If it is determined that the package is lost due to misdelivery by the carrier, we will happily replace your order!
- If the package is lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not able to provide a refund, as all customers are responsible for double-checking that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
- If a package is returned to us, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If you find that your shipping address is incorrect or has changed after you placed your order, please notify us with the order number and address before you receive a shipping confirmation email.
When will my order ship?

- Delivery Time: The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times vary between 2 and 10 business days within the United States.
- Pre-Orders: If an item is a pre-order, the pre-order will ship when it's in stock. If you order multiple pre-orders with the same release date, we will ship everything together once all items are available, no hassle required!
- Shipping Confirmation: Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If 3-5 business days passed since you placed the order and the shipping confirmation email is missing, please contact our customer support and we'll be happy to check your order.
Will I receive my order in multiple packages?
- Purchasing a mix of pre-order and in-stock items? Look out for more than one package, you’ll be sent multiple shipments.
- If you purchase multiple pre-orders with the same pre-order release date, you will be sent one shipment.
- If you are purchasing in-stock items that are shipped from different warehouses, you will be sent multiple shipments.
