Waiting for your package should be exciting, not stressful. If something comes up, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you need to know about shipping, tracking, and delivery.
My package said it was delivered, but it hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t made its way to you, here’s what to do:
- Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. Give it another day to see if it shows up.
- If your package still hasn’t arrived, report it within 30 days of the listed delivery date.
- If the package was misdelivered by the carrier, we’ll replace your order.
- If the delivery address on the package is incomplete or incorrect, it may be lost. In these cases, we’re not able to issue a refund since the customer is responsible for double-checking their shipping address when placing an order.
- If your package is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
The shipping address on my package is wrong! What should I do?
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, reach out to Crunchyroll Support before you receive your shipping confirmation email. Once your item has been processed, we won’t be able to correct the shipping address.
When will my order ship?
If an item is in stock, it usually takes 1–5 business days to process your order (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–10 business days after processing.
A few things that can affect when your order ships:
- Preorders: These ship once the item is released and ready to go.
- Backordered items: These ship once the item is restocked.
- Ship Together option: If you choose the Ship Together option at checkout, all items in your order will ship at the same time, as soon as everything is available.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll get tracking details by email so you can follow your package.
Will I receive my order in multiple packages?
The method of shipment is determined by the items of your order. Below is a breakdown of our shipping policies:
Separate shipments:
- Preorders and in-stock items: These items will be shipped in two separate packages.
- In-stock items from different warehouses: These items will ship separately, resulting in individual shipping charges for each package. These charges are already included in your initial order total.
Combined shipments:
- Multiple preorders (same release date): If all items have the same release date, they will be shipped together in one package.
- Ship Together option: If you select the Ship Together option during checkout, all items in your order will be held and shipped in a single package once every item is available.
Will my items arrive together or separately?
Your items may arrive together or in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location. If your order ships in more than one package, here’s how shipping costs work:
Shipping cost breakdown for multiple shipments:
- Orders totaling less than $75: Each separate package will incur its own shipping charge.
- Orders totaling $75 or more: You will not be charged extra shipping fees for additional packages.
