When will my order ship?

- Orders process on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- In-stock items: Ship within 1–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your address (usually 2–10 business days within the U.S.).
- Pre-orders: Ship once items are in stock. If you order multiple pre-orders with the same release date, they ship together.
Will my order ship in multiple packages?

What if my package is lost in transit?
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it yet, contact Crunchyroll Support within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If the carrier misdelivered your package, we’ll replace your order.
- We can’t offer refunds or exchanges if the address was incomplete or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If your address has changed since placing the order, contact us with your order number and new address.
