How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. orders, shipping is based on your membership tier:
- Free account / no account: $8.99 flat rate (free for orders over $75)
- Fan membership: $8.99 flat rate (free for orders over $75)
- Mega Fan membership: $8.99 flat rate (free for orders over $50)
- Ultimate Fan membership: Free shipping on all orders*
*Ultimate Fan member perks are only available to subscribers located in the U.S.
We also offer faster shipping options on select orders:
- Express shipping (typically 2-3 business days): $17.99
- Expedited shipping (typically 1-2 business days): $22.99
For international orders, rates vary by region:
- Canada: $24.99
- Australia: $43.99
How do I get free shipping?
Within the continental U.S., orders must total at least $75 before taxes to qualify for free shipping. Digital membership purchases don’t count toward this total.

How are shipping prices calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Simply add items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and you’ll see the exact cost. Membership perks (like free or reduced shipping) will be applied automatically.
What is the difference between Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Expedited Shipping?
- Standard shipping: 3–8 business days for in-stock items. Delivery is Mon–Fri via carrier network. Includes tracking and confirmation emails.
- Express shipping: 2–3 business days. Excludes pre-orders and back-orders. Not available for PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Processing time: 24 hours.
- Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days. Excludes pre-orders and back-orders. Not available for PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Processing time: 24 hours.
Will my items arrive together or separately?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you’ll be able to choose how they ship at checkout:
- Ship together: All items will be delivered in one shipment once your pre-order is ready. This option may take longer, but helps you save on shipping costs.
- Ship separately: In-stock items will ship right away, and pre-order items will ship when available.
Each shipment will be charged a separate $8.99 shipping fee (standard shipping only). Choose the option that works best for your timeline and budget, and we’ll handle the rest!
