Do you ship outside these regions?
No. Orders cannot be shipped outside the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Moldova.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, Crunchyroll Store can ship to PO Boxes. Be sure to include your PO Box number when entering your address.
How do I change my address?
- If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, contact Crunchyroll Support as soon as possible to request an address change.
- Updating your address under “My Account” will only apply to future orders, not existing pre-orders.
- Once your order has begun processing, you cannot change your shipping address. If you recognize a mistake in the address, contact Crunchyroll Support as soon as possible.
Where can I ship manga and home video items?
- Orders placed in the EEA can ship only within the EEA and Switzerland.
- Orders placed in the UK can ship only within the UK.
